1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
TheShoppingHub offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Customers can pay in cash at the time of receiving their order.
2. Order Confirmation
All COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or email before shipment. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.
3. Order Processing Time
COD orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Sometimes free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders.
6. Order Refusal
Customers are requested to accept orders once placed. Repeated order refusals may result in COD service being restricted for the customer in the future.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
